Want to improve your home environment and well-being?
Your home and work environment can influence your mood; how you feel – both mentally and physically. How your home is arranged has an impact on your behavior and motivation to act. For example, rooms with bright light, both natural and artificial can improve depression and anxiety.
Darina Veen of Feng Shui Design and Mehtab Gencboyaci of Meg’s Livingstore provide this workshop.
They explain important Feng Shui guidelines to create a calming and enriched environment for happiness, health and abundance:
- how specific parts of your house can positively or negatively affect your life
- how to avoid common interior design mistakes that can negatively affect your attitude and your energy level
- how to design a bedroom that is restful and supports your sleep
- how to create a living room which is inspiring, comfortable and free from clutter
- how to arrange your home office
Young children and babies are extremely sensitive to interior design elements. Where to put the crib and the bed? Which colour combinations and which materials are suitable for children? You will recive tips how to arrange children’s rooms so they feel happy and sleep well.
Come and discover how to create a home that stimulates your physical and mental well-being.
