Yin. Yoga  classes are specially for people who lead busy lifestyles and are therefore very stressed.


Also applicable for people recovering from Burn Out.


Classes comprise of gentle warming up stretches with focus on breathing techniques.


Yoga postures  are practiced lying down and sitting. Each posture is held for a few minutes to ensure that maximum benefit is attained.


The student is guided through each posture with the use of KLANK sounds  {SINGING BOWLES}. Plus, when necessary, guided vocal  MEDITATION.
