Expat Mortgages has been helping expats to arrange their mortgage for over 12 years. They have worked with thousands of expats from all over the world and more than 75 nationalities.

The company regularly supports different initiatives like sport events, international fairs and small national festivals for different communities.Their mission is to make clients “feel at home” in the Netherlands, and so a partnership with the Feel at Home International Community Fair is a perfect match!

Expat Mortgages regularly organises free events and seminars to give more information about the process of buying a house in the Netherlands and to share some of their knowledge with the international community. They also offer a free of charge first meeting, where they can look into each specific situation and help expats get a clear picture of their situation and possibilities.

They have an extensive network of partners in different areas to assist in finding a property, evaluating it, as well helping with tax arrangements after the purchase.

The support doesn’t end up with arranging a mortgage and buying a house, but continues for many years ahead. At least once every year they will check on your individual situation and see if some changes can and should be made when it comes to the existing mortgage.

All in all Expat Mortgages is a trusted partner that can help you buy a property in the Netherlands.

This year Expat Mortgages decided to sponsor Feel At Home fair in The Hague and specifically the Community Centre.

“We want every person to feel at home in The Netherlands and if this would mean to practice your favorite sport, sing or read a book in your native language, drink your favorite national beer, just go for it!” says Henk Jansen, one of the founders of Expat Mortgages.

“ The home feeling comes with positive emotions and nothing to worry about. Something we want to give to our customers and something we believe FeelAtHome fair will also do for its visitors on 3rd February. “ further adds Henk.
