Registration Information

1/ Please fill the form in carefully. Some of the information you provide will automatically (without editing) be uploaded onto the public Fair website - and will be part of YOUR calling card to the general public.

2/ Under 'description' we recommend you choose your words carefully as there is a maximum number of words/characters tolerated by the system - this is intended to be a short phrase which provides a hint of what you/your organisation does and it will appear under your name in the list of participants, along with your website (if applicable)

3/ Once your participation at the Fair is confirmed you will be provided with a link to access updates and information regarding the day itself. We will endeavour to advise all participants of updates posted; HOWEVER, given restrictions of anti-spam programmes we strongly recommend you check this link regularly to be kept informed.

4/ Stand prices are as follows:

Non-profit Sports and Social Club:
- 2m x 2m includes a table and 2 chairs (free)

Commercial:
- 2m x 2m without furniture (€1100 ex BTW)
- 2m x 2m with table and 2 chairs (€1150 ex BTW)
- 4m x 2m without furniture (€2200 ex BTW)
- 4m x 2m with table and 2 chairs (€2250 ex BTW)

Small Business (Upstairs on first floor balcony)
- 2m x 1m space with table and 2 chairs (€250 ex BTW)

Terms and Conditions

1. Your contract is for participation in the Feel at home in The Hague - The International Community Fair 2010 (the Fair) according to the terms in this agreement. You are responsible for all costs and activities related to your attendance and display at the event other than those contracted to be provided by TheHagueOnLine.

2. TheHagueOnLine may postpone the event for up to 12 months without obligation to provide a refund or credit. In the case where the Fair is postponed for a period of more than 12 months or cancelled, the stand holder is entitled to a full refund.

3. Payment is due within 14 days of invoicing. For invoices issued after 1 September 2010 payment is due immediately.

4. You warrant that you have adequate and sufficient insurance coverage for all risks related to the Fair and agree to reimburse TheHagueOnLine for all costs incurred as a result of your liability for any damage, including legal costs, whether intentional or not.

5. TheHagueOnLine is not liable for any theft or damage of goods or materials in your possession at the Fair.
