The British School in The Netherlands is the only international school in Holland with a competitive level gymnastics team.  BSN Gymnastics Club is one of the longest standing sports clubs at the school – it is a selective competition club for both Junior & Senior girls from age 6 to 18. The gymnasts train twice a week between 16:00 and 18:45 every Tuesday and Thursday on the two disciplines of Floor & Vault. New young hopefuls join the club every year – both those coming in from the lower years, as well as girls joining higher up the school who may have been involved in the sport elsewhere before.

The team participates in regular competitions both here in Holland and abroad.  The highlight of the season is the annual Independent Schools Gymnastics Association (ISGA) competition as well as the Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS) Championships.  Both competitions are based in the UK, but the team also regularly travel to Brussels for competitions against the BSB.

The gymnasts form a close knit and friendly community and there are also opportunities for social outings and fun club events – such as Christmas and end of year parties and the renowned BSN Summer Fair Gymnastics Display.  We are delighted to have the opportunity of seeing a some of the girls perform at the 2018 Feel at Home Fair.
